新時期國有企業(yè)思想政治工作的挑戰(zhàn)和對策

摘要：做好新時期國有企業(yè)思想政治工作，不僅關(guān)系到職工隊伍的***穩(wěn)定與企業(yè)發(fā)展，而且關(guān)系到社會的***穩(wěn)定和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本文分析了當(dāng)前國有企業(yè)思想政治工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，并從加強(qiáng)國有企業(yè)思想政治工作隊伍建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新思想政治工作等方面提出了對策。
