《終生遺憾》讀后感

　　1.“殘廢”，我覺(jué)得這里可以用nonstandard,應(yīng)該是“不完美，不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”的意思。

　　2.于是全國(guó)未婚女青年紛紛揭竿而起。這里譯者譯成了“it was met with an avalanche of responses from virtually all unmarried women in the nation. ” 分析：avalanche: a large mass of snow, ice, and rocks and falls down the side of mountains. an avalanche of: a very large number of things such as letters, messages that arrive suddenly at the same time. 我覺(jué)得這種選詞可以體現(xiàn)出原文中“揭竿而起”的氣勢(shì)，而且基本用英語(yǔ)解釋了“揭竿而起”，達(dá)到了通順易懂是我效果。

　　3.我細(xì)細(xì)量過(guò)九十九次自己標(biāo)高，實(shí)屬“終生殘廢”系列。這里譯者譯成了“after making perennial efforts to measure my exact height, i reached the conclusion that i was permanently handicapped.” 這里 i reached the conclusion屬于增添的.部分，而且將兩個(gè)對(duì)等的主句分別處理為狀語(yǔ)成分和主句。“perennial”means something concerned with all the time. 所以這里“九十九次”用了替換或者概述性的翻譯。

　　4. 將太太置回家中后我才意識(shí)到我的悲哀。這句譯者翻譯為“not only after the girl was enticed into matrimony did i begin to feel my self-inflicted anguish”。 matrimony means the state of being married. entice means to persuade someone to do something by offering them something if they will do.我覺(jué)得這兩個(gè)詞的選用非常妙，可以表達(dá)出那種詼諧幽默的感覺(jué)。

　　5. such an astonishing tour de force thus achiieved greatly bolstered the morale and esteem of those of us who were “handicapped”這句是怎么翻譯的看不懂。

　　另外，在本文中還有許多增添的用法，這里就不一一舉出了，譯者的用詞到位是另一個(gè)亮點(diǎn)，個(gè)人覺(jué)得。
